HOW WE GOT HERE
The Fit Stop Physical Therapy and Health Club was founded by Alan Bluth. One of the early pioneers in promoting preventative and rehabilitative fitness and physical therapy, Alan has the well-being of the community at heart and believes sincerely that prevention and wellness care directly benefit each individual’s quality and longevity of life.
Alan has demonstrated his commitment to this cause through 40 years of service to rural and urban communities, particularly in the Heber Valley. He’s created a caring, comfortable practice that uses all the best equipment, the latest technology, wellness, and advanced therapy treatment options. This legacy of care continues with his physical therapist sons Tyler and Toby, Cameron Garber, Jared Beckstrand and the rest of the team.
Today the Fit Stop has evolved into one of Utah’s premier health practices, having grown from a 5,000 square-foot facility to a 27,000 square-foot total wellness and therapy center that offers a unique blend of medically based health and fitness programs. The Fit Stop will continue to make a difference in genuine rehabilitation therapy, and life-long fitness.
