at the Sports Mall

Introducing the newest location in the Fit Stop family of clinics!

Conveniently located in the Murray Sports Mall, our Fit Stop Murray location is the premier physical therapy site for the southern Salt Lake valley.

Our unique treatment approach focuses on the individual patient, not the number of people we see. You will get up to a full hour of one-on-one time with your therapist where he will start with hands-on manual therapy – be it massage, stretching, joint mobilizations – whatever may be indicated to help you heal and regain function. We then follow that up with approximately 30 minutes of exercise: stretching, strengthening, endurance training, etc; whatever may be indicated to help you achieve your maximum rehab potential and goals. Of course we have an entire gamut of modalities available to you as well – heat, ice, electrical stimulation/TENS, ultrasound, and whatever else may be indicated to help you feel better. This special approach typically results in our patients getting better faster with a more-complete recovery.

We are the most unique physical therapy clinic in the area as we are literally located inside the Murray Sports Mall. You will have access to their full-service, state-of-the-art fitness facility including all the equipment, machines, weights, and resistance bands. This ultimately helps you rehabilitate your injury better, faster, and stronger. At the end of your PT experience you’re even offered a discount should you choose to sign up as a member a the Sports Mall.

Alan has over 30 years of experience as a physical therapist and enjoys treating and wide variety of orthopedic issues. He would love to work with you in helping you to achieve your goals and make a full return to your previously-enjoyed activities. Call or email to set up and appointment.
